Besides getting cash back for making purchases through ebates you can also get coupon codes! For instance I was recently booking a hotel for our Denver trip and of course went through the ebates site to get my cash back. I found my hotel through hotels.com. When I went through ebates it gave me a 10% off coupon code for my hotels.com reservation!
*Ebates gives me a percentage of my purchase for going through their site. For example if I buy a $50 item at Target and go through Ebates with a 2% cash back I will get $1. A dollar may not seem like a lot but it adds up especially if you buy a high dollar item. Ebates pays you about twice a year by check or through Paypal. You receive your payment faster through Paypal. I have been paid $173 since I have joined. I also got a $10 gift card to Home Depot when I first signed up for Ebates after a $25 qualifying purcahse This brings my total to $183 that ebates has paid me for using their site.
