Valentine's Day Dinner

For Valentine's Day I decided to make Justin and I dinner. I decided to make shrimp linguini. I kind of followed the food network recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/shrimp-scampi-with-linguini-recipe/index.html
I just cut the recipe in half for two people
Justin and I do not like scallops so I did not add that instead I added zucchini. I seasoned the shrimp and vegetables with old bay seasoning.

For an appetizer I decided to make bruschetta. Very easy and yummy!

Dessert: Cheesecake: The cook Book recipe: I just bought the crust at the store it was easier and faster! The cheesecake tasted good but it wasn't very smooth. I think next time I need to use Philadelphia Cream Cheese instead of the Kroger brand.

With the cheesecake we had some apple raspberry wine...very sweet and paired well with cheesecake!
