3. Restuarant/Stores: any restaurant you like go to their website and sign up for the e-mailing list and they will send you coupons. I have an e-mail specifically for coupons so I don;'t get a bunch of junk all of the time.
4. Re-Usable Bags: Most grocery and store places also give you a 9 cent discount when you use your own bags.
5. Websites: Any products you know you like or are going to need I just go to their website and sign up for e-mailing lists to get coupons sent to me inbox.
Reward Programs
Lennys: Every 9 subs you buy get one free. I get a regular e-mails saying "We miss you please come back." Then the e-mail includes a coupon for free chips and drink with sub purchase.

Dunkin Donuts: if sign up for rewards program get a free coffee
Panera: Free pastry when sign up for rewards program
Restuarants that have reward programs in Memphis: TGIFRIDAYS, Holidays, Honeybaked Ham, McAlisters, Flying Fish
Receipt Deals
Subway: free cookie on receipt if you do a quick survey
Arbys: Free Arby's Roast Beef Sandwich on receipt if you do a quick survey
Chick-Fil-A: I have only see this deal a couple of times but if you do a quick survey on the back of the receipt you can get a free chick fil a sandwich
PetSmart: $3 coupon on receipt if you do a quick survey (only shows on certain receipts)
Birthdays are Better When you get Things Free: If you are part of some stores reward program you can get special birthday coupons/gifts. These are the birthday rewards that I have gotten in the past:
Lenny's: Free Regular sub on Birthday
Dunkin Donuts: Free birthday drink
Panera: Free Pastry on Birthday
Sephora: Free mini gift: have gotten in the past lipstick and bodywash
Starbucks: Free drink if have gift card account set up and part of rewards program
CVS: $3 coupon
Texas Roadhouse: free appetizer
TGIFridays: Free cheescake with entree purchase
Don't give up Quality for Price
Dollar General has good quality cards for only $1. They also have good inexpensive gift bags.
Walgreens/CVS ads: They are always giving away free items with "bonus" bucks

Also city saver coupon books are so worth the money I bought two this year! http://www.citysaver.com/ If you buy them a couple months after the year they are usually running a discount on them. You can get notified if they go on sale by adding yourself to their e-mail list.
